Dawn Williams2024-03-14I’m not impressed. I have been using their service since December 2023 so not too long but they’re very inconsistent. It’s someone different each time. I never know what to expect. Sometimes they make the beds (not very neatly). Sometimes they don’t. It never smells clean afterwards. They striped the finish off one of my kitchen counters in a small area, they set whatever cleaning supplies they were using on top of my hamper which leaked into it and damaged a sweater that was inside. They clean the surface but don’t rinse so it leaves a gritty film on my counters. I hired them because I’m in so much pain physically but I can do a better job cleaning on my own. When talking to friends who have much bigger houses than me they are shocked at how much I pay for what I’m getting. Time to find a new cleaning service.
