I got a great price, and was able to set up an appointment for the next business day. They were all very kind, professional, quick yet thorough in cleaning up my home. It looks amazing now! Kiara Bravo Valenzuela2025-02-26I am disappointed as they seemed to have good reviews, and from the get-go, I let Antonio know that I was interested in a Move-In/ Deep Cleaning service; the cleaners came over, looked around, and said they were not very well informed on the situation. Cool, they call Antonio. Antonio comes with the needed stuff and helps, and it seems things are going okay. They didn’t finish the job, and Antonio said they would finish the job the following day and advised me to keep in touch. I kept asking through messages what time they would be available, and THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! He said he would call in a timely manner and never did. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. I got charged the full price, and the job wasn’t done. If anybody from Maids Modern wants PROOF of these messages, please contact me. Edit: They have fully refunded me. Thank you.
