Our Maid Service

No, we are not an agency we hire professional cleaners and employ them according to California Laws.
Yes, the Maids are our employees, and they are bonded and insured, we pay them PTO and vacations.
The Maids bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have a concern about their supplies, or you prefer yours, you may provide them.
While Maids always appreciate recognition, it is not a requirement. If you are satisfied with the work done and wish to tip, you can do it directly or in your check or credit card, we will make sure the Maid receives it.
Any breakage, damage, or loss is notified to the office by the Maid. Normally the Maids will show you the damaged object and will give us a report. The office will contact you to discuss the loss.
Just contact our office (during normal business hours) or send us a Text message, 24 hours in advance of the cleaning appointment, and we’ll make the change. If the notice is less than 24 hours, then there may be a charge of $75. If a Maid reaches your house and is unable to enter the property to provide service, there will be a $75 lockout charge.
We will contact you a few days before the holiday and reschedule the appointment per your convenience. It may be possible to keep the work schedule on certain holidays. Please note that our rates are the same on holidays for our regular customers.
Of course, we have the keys of more than 100 customers, and we pride ourselves on never having had any incident. You can trust us.
The one-hour window is to cover any unforeseen circumstances. For example, the previous service call may take longer than expected or the Maids may be delayed by traffic or weather conditions. In the event of a delay the office or domestic will contact you accordingly.
We offer a 24-hour guaranty, we always request that you check the work when the service is finished. If there is a concern about the service and the Maid has already left the property, you can call the office and we will work it out directly with you.

Yes. we assign the Maids according to customer preference, but this also implies some flexibility in your times and days. Also, when the Maid is on vacation or sick, we will let you know in advance and send a substitute.
Yes, we offer Gift Certificates! You can call the office, provide necessary details, and purchase one.
Currently we only offer Monday through Saturday services.
